1. Single phase asynchronous motor is composed of stator, rotor, bearing, casing, end cover, etc.
2. The stator consists of frame and core with winding. The iron core is made of silicon steel sheet by pressing the slot, and two sets of main winding (also known as operation winding) and auxiliary winding (also known as starting winding to form the secondary winding) are embedded in the slot. The main winding is connected to the AC power supply, and the auxiliary winding is connected to the centrifugal switch s in series, or the starting capacitance, operating capacitance, etc. before connecting to the power supply.
3. The rotor is a cage type cast aluminum rotor, which is made by laminating the iron core into the groove of the iron core and casting the end ring together, so that the guide bar of the rotor is short circuited into a squirrel cage type.
4. Single phase asynchronous motor is divided into single-phase resistance starting asynchronous motor, single-phase capacitance starting asynchronous motor, single-phase capacitance running asynchronous motor and single-phase double value capacitance asynchronous motor.
